Globally, lack of access to clean water is one of the major factors of disease in children and causes a disproportionate burden on women and children who may have to walk as many as 6K each day to reach a water source. Please join PHR, CCGH, and Campus Ministry in our efforts to raise awareness for clean water access. On Monday, March 24th from 5:30-6:30pm in the Stritch School of Medicine Cafeteria, we will be holding a wine tasting event to benefit a sustainable water project in Honduras. Support us by attending this event to learn about wine, hear personal testimonies about water access, enjoy appetizers, and help a community in Honduras access clean, drinkable water. We are asking for a suggested donation of $5 to attend this event, but any donation amount is very much appreciated!
