I have always had a passion to help others. Whether it's helping out in my own community or taking a giant leap outside of my comfort zone and traveling to a faraway place, my mission is give back. As a recent college graduate with a degree in the Biological Sciences and a Minor in History, my plan is to continue on in school working towards global medicine so that I can make a lasting impact on communities. I have traveled to Honduras and Ghana in the past few years. I was in Honduras on two different occasions to help build a clean water system and also set up a one week medical clinic. In Ghana I took part in a three week Public Health internship. Through these experiences, I have soaked up as much information and learned different skills in order to better facilitate future ventures. Greatest of all, I have learned to love fully. I have seen love in many different shapes, sizes, and languages. There is no material object that could take the place between interactions with people and the joy that comes with helping others. I cannot wait to join Conscious Impact in Nepal to rebuild homes and work alongside communities! Let the journey begin...
