Yoga for Nepal: November 12-21

Aoife's Message

One of my life long goals has been to travel to India and Nepal. This year it finally feels right and with the tragic events in Nepal earlier this year I feel even more compelled to go and volunteer with these beautiful people; to help them rebuild their country and to connect and be of service to others in a beautiful and powerful way. All donations are appreciated and gratefully received. I will be keeping a blog on the experience and will be sharing this throughout my trip so you can stay updated with the work taking place in Nepal through Conscious Impact.

Volunteer Activity Description

Serving others begins with serving ourselves. That's why we invite you to take your spiritual journey to the Himalayas of Nepal for a 10 day yoga retreat with expert international yoga instructors. Match hatha yoga, meditation and trekking with a few days helping to rebuild homes in rural communities. Plus, your contribution goes directly to helping rebuild fallen homes!
