Hello everyone! I attend Chico State right now as a freshman. I am majoring in Biology: Ecological, Evolutionary, and Organismal Sciences! I am so very excited to have this incredible opportunity to volunteer in Ecuador! What was once a flourishing country of beautiful rain forest and biodiversity is rapidly decimating. Now over 90% of it's forest has been wiped out for agricultural demands. I will be volunteering my time there for 11 days in January to do my part and restore these once flourishing rain forests.
