African Heritage Cultural Arts Center (AHCAC )

Founded in 1975 to serve as a nesting ground for emerging talent in the performing and visual arts, African Heritage Cultural Arts Center provides inspiration and encouragement to young people within the community. Volunteers will participate in the following tasks: refurbishing planter beds, participating in landscaping activities such as removing weeds, assisting with landscape plan previously drawn in 2007 but has not been completed, painting rooms and picnic tables, refreshing parking lot signs, cleaning and organizing different rooms including the theater, and much more!
