Passionate About:

I am passionate about many things but most importantly, helping others. All throughout middle and high school I have spent countless hours volunteering. From that time, volunteering has become a part of me. I believe that volunteering is making an impact on even one person to create a ripple effect and make a mark on the world. As a full time student at Temple University in the College of Public Health I am getting involved to help others any way I can. This year I am excited to say that I will be going on a 7-day public health brigade to Ghana in May with Temple’s Global Brigade Club. On this Public Health Brigade, I will help to develop sustainable health solutions and establish a standard of health quality by emphasizing prevention and education. The Public Health Program achieves this goal by implementing in-home infrastructure projects, providing health education, and engaging community members. We will be working with individual families, local schools, and community leaders with a focus on holistic and preventative health measures on both an individual and community-wide scale. I will be able to make a difference in the world but cannot do it without your help! Through fundraising and donations, I hope to raise $2080 to cover the cost of my trip. Please help me to make a difference in the world and help those in need. Thank you all in advance!
