Hey Guys!

I wanted to let you guys know about the amazing opportunity I have of going to Honduras this winter with the Global Medical Brigades. The Global Medical Brigades is a nonprofit organization which arranges medical mission trips to underprivileged nations to provide medical services to communities that do not have access to basic care. Not only does the Brigades offer medical services, but they also work improve the community as a whole by working to provide clean sources of water and sustainable micro-enterprises. I am extremely honored and excited to have been chosen participate in such a wonderful opportunity, however there is still a matter of finances. Recently, my grandmother has been diagnosed with stage four terminal lung cancer which has been very devastating for my family and me. My family has been doing their best to support her with her end of life care which has made money a bit tight. The Brigades is a very important cause to me since I have always had a passion for helping others, and this is a chance for me to give back after being so blessed. I am going to be staying in Honduras for 6 days, and your donations would help to cover the cost of living arrangements, and travel expenses. My goal is to raise $2195 all of which goes directly to fund my Brigade. Any donation helps, and even if you cannot donate at this time a simple share would be amazing.
