Aspiring child psychiatrist , who loves family, friends, shopping, and helping others :) Psychology major with a minor in Womens and Gender Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am excited that I have the opportunity to volunteer in Nicaragua over my spring break in March 2016! I have enjoyed volunteering through different organizations and now I get the chance to take my help overseas to more people in need! Please help me reach my goal so we that can provide medical and dental relief in Nicaragua through Global Brigades!

Global Brigades USA is the world's largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. Our mission is to empower volunteers and under-resourced communities to resolve global health and economic disparities and inspire all involved to collaboratively work towards an equal world. Since 2005, more than 30,000 volunteers from 800 university groups have traveled to implement our nine skill-based programs to benefit more than 600,000 community members in Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Ghana.
