Through my years at UCD as a Nutritional Biology major, I have learned about the tremendous effects of nutrition on healthcare and quality of life. I believe nutritional education is essential to prevent disease worldwide. As I spend my spring break in Nicaragua developing sustainable agriculture, I hope to spread my love and knowledge of nutrition.
