I want to be able to change someone's life. Do something for them that they could have never imagined. Working in impoverished communities gives people hope for another day and I want to be that person to give them hope. Becoming a doctor and giving back is what I am a passionate about. To help those who cannot help themselves.

About Us

The Albany SUNY chapter of Volunteers Around the World (VAW) consists of students that are enthusiastic and committed about addressing the health disparities that currently exists in developing countries. Through close collaboration with the organization Volunteers Around the World, our club at Albany strives towards providing rural communities in developing countries access towards medical treatment, medication and nutritional and health education.
