I am a nursing student at NAU and since my Sophomore year of high school I have known that's what I wanted to do. Two semesters ago I took public health classes and then the following summer I went to Costa Rica and fell in love with the idea of becoming a Public Health Nurse. I want to travel to third world countries and provide care to people who need it, but cannot access it. This is an amazing opportunity to experience new adventures while helping along the way.
