More Information about Global Brigades: Global Brigades empowers volunteers to promote sustainable solutions in under resourced communities while supporting local cultures. GB is the world’s largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. Since 2004, Global Brigades has mobilized thousands of university students and professionals through nine skill-based programs that work in partnership with community members to improve quality of life in under resourced regions while respecting local culture. Here at U of M, we have brigades providing six of these programs (medical, dental, public health, water, architecture, and microfinance). It is crucial that brigades fundraise an appropriate amount to make their brigade a success. For more information please visit www.hondurasmedical.com or http://gb-umich.weebly.com/ghana.html
