I am passionate about cultural studies and foreign language. I am raising money to participate in a service learning trip with my teacher and classmates where we will help local farmers improve soil quality and develop more sustainable agricultural practices. I have never been out of the country but I am really excited about going on this service learning trip to Nicaragua so I can experience a new culture, improve my Spanish speaking skills, and help with the initiative my classmates are working on!
