Volunteer Activity Description

Start Date: Jun 10, 2015 7:00 AM
End Date: Jun 30, 2015 7:00 PM

Join us in our surgical trip to Haiti and help save lives and bring smiles to people who need our help.

Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. The Central Plateau is the poorest and most under-served area in all of Haiti. The severity of poverty in this region is most evident from its health statistics. While Haiti has the most dismal health statistics of the Western Hemisphere, the statistics for the region around Casse are even worse.

You can help play a great part in helping the people of this poverty stricken land towards a better healthier safer life. People here have to go to great lengths and travel vast distances in order to receive any proper medical care. You can become a key part of our team that helps these people by organizing medical and surgical trips to the surrounding areas so that everyone can have easier and less remote access to medical care.

For more details on the trip, please do not hesitate to contact us. We thank you for your interest and look forward to your participation.
