    Global Student Embassy’s mission is to empower young leaders to become environmental stewards, social innovators, and community leaders. In collaboration with international peers, students generate and implement powerful community-based solutions to shared ecological concerns.

    OUR VISION

    GSE envisions a world community connected by energetic young leaders who have the ability to think critically about local and international issues, and the skills to transform their ideas into positive community change. GSE is connecting the next generation of world leaders, creating an international network of champions for social responsibility and environmental consciousness.

OUR MISSION Global Student Embassy (GSE) promotes peace and equitable development by connecting young people from around the world through innovative workshops and service learning exchanges. Our students are young ambassadors who practice grassroots international relations by identifying local issues, collaborating with their global peers, and implementing projects that create positive change within the community. GSE has been operating in Contra Costa County for the last three years. This year, SRVHS has the opportunity to travel with GSE to Ecuador and work bimonthly in the garden with the local Campus Rep!

Santa Cruz High School is a comprehensive public school in Santa Cruz, California which opened in 1897 and now serves an enrollment of about 1,040 students in grades nine through twelve. Santa Cruz is the newest high school working with Global Student Embassy and we are very excited to welcome them to our community!
