Want to be part of a team working to increase the impact of NGOs through cutting edge business practices? Join ICON this December as we travel to Panama for 10 days to provide strategic consulting to four local NGOs. Our NGO partners face real challenges that will require you to apply creative solutions. You will have the opportunity to build practical global experience that cannot be found in any textbook. Gain consulting experience and leadership skills while increasing the social impact of NGOs committed to making a difference. We will serve as catalysts empowering NGO leaders to take their organizations and efforts from passion and good intention to sustainability.

. ICON participants will arrive in Panama on Thursday December 13th* and meet their clients on Friday December 14th. We will spend the weekend seeing Panama City, enjoying the contrasting rainforest and concrete of this coastal city. Your team will work intensely for five days with your client. Saturday the 22nd is a free day to enjoy Panama City and its surroundings, such as Taboga Island and Lake Gatun. You will depart from Panama City on Sunday, December 23rd – or feel free to continue your travels in Panama.
