As an undergraduate student from Loyola University, I am majoring in Psychology and minoring in Women's and Gender Studies with hopes of working in the medical field in the future. I've always enjoyed volunteering and helping the underprivileged. With this opportunity to travel and make a difference, I can help touch and impact the lives of many, no matter how small it may be. Having access to health care should essentially be universal, but that is not always the case; with this trip, my fellow brigaders and I will do our best to provide for as many people we can.
