I am passionate about improving the world around me in order to make it a better place. I am currently a senior and the secretary of the VAW (Volunteers Around the World) at UTSA. I have always wanted to travel outside of the country. By traveling to the third world country I not only fulfill my dream, but provide dental care to a community in need. With the help of your contribution you are helping those in need and together, we are building a better world for generations to thrive. I am a compassionate individual aspiring to become a dentist. I hope through this dental outreach to Guatemala I will be one step closer to being a competitive applicant for dental school and become more culturally diverse.
