We will be embarking on an exchange to Panama during Spring Break in March. Movement Exchange is a non-profit organization whose eyes are set on making dance accessible to those who do not have the resources that many of us have. Help share the joys of dance!!

Your donations will be given directly to fund sustainable dance programs in orphanages in Panama. These classes increase the children's self-esteem, self-efficacy, physical confidence, social connection, and confidence in their abilities to succeed!! We will have the opportunity to directly see where my donation goes - and interact with the beautiful children of Panama who have food and shelter, but lack the opportunities to grow psychologically and spiritually. MoveEx creates a culturally rich program for those who choose to participate in an exchange as well as opportunities to give back to the community and increase interpersonal understanding!
