Passionate About:

I am very passionate about going out to help members of our global community who have so many less resources than us leaving in the USA. As only a high school student, I am super excited to have the opportunity to go with my peers on a trip to Honduras to provide water for a community of people just like you and I. I think God is certainly calling me to go out and help the members of HIs Earth and this is my opportunity.

About Us

Water Brigades at North Carolina SSM is a chapter of Global Brigades, the world's largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. The NCSSM chapter systematically works with more than 300 other university groups around the world to deliver and implement one of nine skill-based programs that benefit more than 130,000 Honduran and Panamanian community members annually. Global Water Brigades is powered by groups of students and professionals dedicated to finding and implementing clean water and sanitation solutions. Each of these groups comes on a \"Brigades\" to Honduras to support the development of rural communities. The North Carolina SSM chapter of Global Brigades is the first high school chapter in the history of Global Brigades.
