SDSU WAVES Corps Peru Service Trip

Stefano, a typical fisherman in Lobitos, Peru makes $6 per day. Just enough to feed his family and pay his bills.

We believe we can assist fishermen like Stefano improve their economic and overall well being by working with WAVES for Development and their programs in Lobitos Peru.

We have created a group of students called a WAVES Corps who are going to work with WAVES environmental health and entrepreneurship programs.

WAVES believes in integrating fully with the local community and designs all it\\\'s work around community input.
