I am passionate about minimizing health disparities among disadvantaged populations, which is the reason why I am interested in a medical career. One of the ways I plan on accomplishing this is by participating in voluntary missions to impoverished areas in many different countries where people need access to high quality healthcare to heal/improve the ailments that severely diminish their quality of life.
