    United Planet offers volunteering opportunities in partnership with local organizations in and around Boston, Massachusetts for short-term programs (1-4 weeks).

    Community service projects vary depending on the time of year and volunteer interest, but include such places as food banks, teen empowerment programs, homeless shelters, and others. If learning English is a goal, add on extra hours of English classes for a more intensive learning experience. All volunteers stay with host families, providing a more intimate view of life in the USA.
