VAW Global - Guatemala Medical Facility Construction

VAW Global is partnering with AMI San Lucas in San Juan, Guatemala, to build a permanent medical facility in the Atitlan region. This facility will provide much needed, year-round, health care to local citizens and tourists. The funding for construction is coming from foreign donors, but the facility will be fully self-sustaining within 3 years. This new healthcare resource will not only provide general medical care and medicine but also specialists in dentistry, cardiology, gynecology, obstetrics, internal medicine, and trauma care. Construction has already begun, and we plan to open the doors to patients in fall of 2023.
