Dear Reader,

If you have read this this far I am impressed. I am sitting here in awe because you have surely realized that I am going to ask you for money, and you have yet to exit the page. My hat sincerely tips to you all (at least the ones that didn’t just click away).

Hi, my name is Evan. I am a junior Psychology and Humanities double major in the College of the Liberal Arts and Sciences at Villanova University. Navy blue is my favorite color, I love being an EMT, I sing in the shower, and I am in committed relationship with coffee. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to save humanity, even if I did not know what from. While I am still working on how best to service humanity, I think that I have found a pretty great way to service a few humans.

“Volunteers Around the World (VAW) is an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) devoted to improving the standard of living for those that live in some of the most poverty-stricken areas of the world” (VAW). The programs ultimate aim is to inspire pre-healthcare students who are passionate about service to ignite change globally, by providing us with hands on experience in country. However, this amazing opportunity come come at a rather significant finical cost - that is where you come in. I am asking that you to help me take this forward by donating, if not for my education as a citizen of the world, then for the betterment of the lives of the patients whom I will be servicing.
