I began dancing at the young age of three-years-old. As I grew up, dance remained a big factor in my life. Every dance teacher that I encountered as I pursued my passion for dance had something special to offer. Whether it was pure technique or valuable lessons that I learned, I will cherish each of my teachers. Upon attending Butler University and becoming apart of the organization, Movement Exchange, I want to provide memorable teaching moments to young children as well.
I believe that dance can be used as a great tool to enrich children's lives and give them freedom to move however he or she wants. Therefore, traveling to Panama this December to give children a chance to dance is very important to me.
