Amanda Spiess
Kalamazoo, MIPassionate About:
My passion for dance sparked the second I set foot into the studio as a very young girl. As I grew older and life got busier, I knew dance was the one thing in my life I could not let slip away. My passion grew and I learned to use dance as an outlet and a way to express myself when words were not enough. Through my studio I made lifelong friends, mentors, memories, and a second home. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to now study dance at Western Michigan University and pursue that dream I have had since I was little. I am also very passionate about giving and helping others and want to travel on mission trips to support those in need. Through Movement Exchange I now have the opportunity to combine these two loves and bring dance to those who do not have access to the dance environment I was fortunate to grow up with. Dance has brought me so much joy over the years, and I cannot wait to share this joy and passion alongside my fellow dance diplomats. Move to change!
