I am passionate about global health and want to do everything in my power to make a difference. Hello & thank you for taking the time to check out my page. My name is Catherine Cangelosi and I am a proud Year 2 Intern for Volunteers Around the World as well as a member of the executive board as 2022-2023 Vice President. I am a senior at UA studying Psychology & Global Health, and I could not be more grateful for the opportunity to gain clinical experience abroad do my part to improve healthcare in Panama. About Us

The University Alabama chapter of Volunteers Around the World (VAW) consists of students that are enthusiastic and committed about addressing the health disparities that currently exists in developing countries. Through close collaboration with the organization Volunteers Around the World, our club at BYU strives towards providing rural communities in developing countries access towards medical treatment, medication and nutritional and health education.
