Passionate About:

I am passionate about doing my part in our increasingly connected world. I believe the best way to do this is to spread knowledge whenever and to whoever possible, and in doing so I get to learn new things for myself. That is why when I have the chance I jump on opportunities such as participating in this program. I also love traveling, especially to South and Central America. Before I have interned in Mexico for six months, I am excited to be leaving the states again for another opportunity to do my part.

Global Brigades USA is the world's largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization. Our mission is to empower volunteers and under-resourced communities to resolve global health and economic disparities and inspire all involved to collaboratively work towards an equal world. Since 2005, more than 30,000 volunteers from 800 university groups have traveled to implement our nine skill-based programs to benefit more than 600,000 community members in Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Ghana.
