My name is Genelle Guevarra, and I am currently a Biology major with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences at Sacramento State. I have a passion for the knowledge of science and medicine and aspire to implement this on the improvement of health care for the underrepresented. I anticipate that this program will help me achieve this in my career goal of becoming a dentist.

Join the California State University, Sacramento chapter as the lead a Medical Outreach trip to Dominican Republic this upcoming summer! Volunteers will work in mobile medical clinics, where they will have the opportunity to intake patients, conduct public health surveys, take vitals, shadow local physicians, work in the pharmacy, teach education classes, and much more!
