Movement Exchange unites dance and service through our university chapter networks, international dance exchanges, and year-round dance programs at home and abroad. By uniting dance and service, we can make the world a better place one community at a time.

I am passionate about serving through dance, and I believe that dance can positively transform the lives of others, and strengthen communities. Dance had a strong impact in my life since childhood, and I'm hoping to share my experience and joy with others through this program. In Panama, we will be visiting three Orphanages in the outskirts of the city. We will meet the kids, teach them some dance classes, and collaborate to create a dance for their final showing, which will take place on the last day of the trip. These kids are going through a rough time, and we want to take their minds off the pain and put a smile on their faces.
