I am so blessed to be traveling to Panama with Movement Exchange for the third time! For those of you that don't know, Movement Exchange is an organization that unites dance and service. We travel to Panama City, Panama annually to teach dance in local orphanages, schools, and outreach programs. This experience has changed my outlook not only on dance and the potential it has for positive change, but on the many blessings we have here in the states, and I could not be more excited to go back. I deeply appreciate every penny that is donated to get me down there to teach these well deserving kiddos!
